2. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times (7–14 days internationally) are estimates, not guarantees.
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. Signature may be required for high-value items (>$500).
- Customs/duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Returns: Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange. Buyer covers return shipping.
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days after receiving returned items. Custom/handmade items are final sale.
- Damages: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos to support@khanoriental.com.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content (logos, product images, descriptions) is owned by Khan Oriental Handicrafts. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- You may share product links with attribution; commercial use requires written permission.
